1. Program description
Quickie operates two categories of SMS messaging:
- Transactional / account messages — about your application, offers, e-signature, ACH events, payment reminders, payment failures, and account activity. These are sent as part of the Services and are not promotional.
- Marketing messages (only with separate opt-in) — renewal opportunities, partner offers, new product launches.
2. Your consent
By providing your mobile number on our application, in your portal, or to a Quickie representative, you expressly consent to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from or on behalf of Quickie at that number, including via automatic telephone dialing systems. Marketing SMS messages are sent only if you separately opt in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or any financing decision.
3. Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically 0–15 transactional messages per month, plus occasional marketing messages if you opt in). Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. Quickie does not charge for SMS messages.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any SMS we send to opt out of that program. After you opt out we may send a final confirmation message. You can also opt out of marketing SMS by emailing privacy@quickiebusiness.com.
Opting out of transactional SMS may impair our ability to service your account; you may need to receive critical notices (such as payment-failure alerts) by email or phone instead.

6. Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service may not be available in all areas or on all carriers, and may be affected by network conditions, software, and hardware compatibility.
7. Eligibility & age
The SMS programs are intended for U.S.-based business users who are at least 18 years old. Do not provide your phone number if you are not authorized to grant the consent above with respect to that number.
8. Changes to the program
We may update this SMS Consent at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the SMS programs after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
